7/8/2014 - Houston, MO to Ellington, MO

69 miles

The riders woke up to a wet and dreary day. The rain stopped around 8:30 am and all the riders finally started pedaling. This rainbow was captured by Miriam from just outside her motel room.

The Summersville Mill was closed for tours but it was still very interesting to look at.

The route today took the riders through the Ozarks National Scenic Riverways. It was a very beautiful area.

The old mill is undergoing renovations

The route just went up and down all day long.

We are staying at the Scenic Rivers Motel, Ellington, MO.

After the rain this morning the weather turned out to be exceptionally nice, however it got a little humid in the afternoon.

Tomorrow we are off to Farmington, MO.
