Lassen Volcanic is another park situated on the land affected by volcanoes. The most recent volcanic activity here was about 100 years ago, and the mud pots are still sputtering, steam vents still showing that the mountains remain alive for future activity.
After this stop, I headed for Lincoln, CA area, where I met up with a friend, Craig.
